Agora is beginning the wind down of AUSD issuance on the Injective network, effective April 3, 2026.
What is changing?
- No new AUSD will be minted on Injective from today.
- Rewards on AUSD held on Injective cease from today.
- AUSD on Injective remains redeemable at par through September 28, 2026.
- The wind down of AUSD support is only applicable to Injective.
How to redeem your AUSD on Injective
Agora customers: Reach out to your account contact. Send us your AUSD on Injective, and we’ll facilitate conversions into AUSD on your preferred chain, or redemptions into USD or other supported stablecoins.
Redemption deadline: Redemptions are available through September 28, 2026. After this date, residual claims will still be honored but may require enhanced KYC verification and fees.
Why did we make this decision?
We conduct periodic reviews of our chain deployments - evaluating usage, ecosystem health, and infrastructure costs.
