Today, we welcome Michael Doniloski as Head of Internal Audit, as Agora prepares to launch Agora National Trust Bank, in organization, following preliminary conditional approval from the OCC. Michael is a CPA and CISA with audit experience at Citibank and Cross River Bank.
At Agora, Michael will build and lead an independent, objective audit function that supports the Board’s fiduciary oversight. Michael previously held audit roles at Citibank and Cross River Bank, where he helped build audit methodologies and execute operational and regulatory audits. In his first year at Agora, he will focus on completing all regulatory-required audits on time, helping the company understand the value Audit provides, and developing and executing the 2027 Audit Plan.
