Tanya spent the last 6 years at Robinhood, where she was COO of Robinhood Crypto. When Tanya joined there were three people on the operations team. Over her tenure they scaled operations to a multi-billion dollar business unit that spanned settlement, liquidity, trading, execution quality, and custody across regulated U.S. and EU entities.
In Q1 2026, AUSD processed over $20B in transfer volume, a 355% increase year over year. Our growth raises the bar on operations every day and we expect that growth rate to accelerate as we expand our product offering and licensure.
Our vision is simple: every business should move money globally without friction, earn on dollars at rest, and never have to think about it. That’s an operational problem as much as a technical one, and when you are in the business of trust, the details are everything. Tanya has spent her career getting them right.
